Forever Yemoja utilizes multiple order shipping methods. In house, we ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of the day or time will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. To track your order at any time, you’ll be able to use your UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking number. UPS SHIPPING METHODS ARE ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES: (Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed.) PLEASE NOTE: Forever Yemoja does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center.
International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Forever Yemoja is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customer’s local government.
- Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday.
- Please allow us up to 3 business days to prepare your items for shipping. Most are shipped within 1 business day.
- During the holiday season, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
- Please allow us up to 7 business days to prepare your head wraps during sales, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
- Delivery times are initiated when your package is accepted by our shipping partners. For example, if you select 2-day mail, please be aware that fulfillment time is not included.
- You will receive an email notification with a tracking number the day your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
All orders are FINAL.
- If the wrong address is entered at checkout, we will reship the order only when the returned package has been received by our shipping department.
- We cannot amend the shipping address or the items ordered after orders have been processed.
- We are only able to ship to the address specified during checkout.
- We unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided and/or entered incorrectly during checkout.
- If your tracking information that states your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.
- Due to the risk of fraud, we are currently unable to refund or reship any order with tracking information that confirms your order was delivered. Please follow up with your local post office and file a claim. If the shipping carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us with a case number for your claim.
- Forever Yemoja reserves the right to substitute a shipping method if the requested shipping method is not available for your address.
- Forever Yemoja reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, for any reason.
